Gulfside Resorts features six historic 'Old Florida' style cottages on a 3/4-acre property with direct access to white sandy beaches. Each cottage includes unique layouts, vaulted cypress ceilings, and private outdoor spaces such as shaded verandas or beachfront balconies. Some suites have king-sized beds, fossil walls, and kitchens with garden views.
Local Dining & Activities
Guests can walk to over 20 nearby restaurants, including Tony's Pizza and Grove Surf Cafe. The resort offers beach cruiser bikes, seine netting lessons, and a free self-guided audio tour of Indian Rocks Beach. Splash Harbour Water Park, two blocks away, has water slides and a lazy river.
Private Beach Access
The property sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with private cabanas and a crushed-shell beach trail. The Narrows Guesthouse includes a heated pool, outdoor grill, and dock for fishing. Some cottages have unobstructed ocean views, while others overlook tropical gardens.
Convenient Location
The resort is in Indian Rocks Beach, 25 km from Clearwater Air Park. Nearby landmarks include McGough Nature Park (1 km) and the Florida Botanical Gardens (4 km). Parking is available at the 12th Avenue beach access on Gulf Blvd.
Guest Services
Gulfside Resorts provides beach chairs, wagons, and weekly champagne receptions. The property accommodates private buyouts for events and weddings. Smoking, pets, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
